Boohoo.
Yeah, let's admit it, we are fascinated by tales of gorgeous bloodsuckers--They have been the most absolute favorite characters in books, tv series and yes, the big screen. It is the mystery that surrounds their world and the seemingly amazing stories of century old hot vampires which most of the time involves falling in love with mortals and are torn from giving in with blood lust and that crazy little thing called love (wow that's Queen track lol) are stories we certainly would not want to miss, if not-- we find entertaining. hehe
But before there's the sickening saccharine bravado of Edward Cullen, Bella Swan, and Jacob Black(by the way Taylor Lautner recently turned eighteen, meaning it is now legal to lust over him) from the Twilight Saga, or another gorgeous love sucks triangle (lol) of Elena, Stefan, and Damon of The Vampire Diaries, or even a vampire with some hot HillBilly twang Bill and the love of his life mortal mind reader Sookie Stackhouse of True Blood, there is one amazing eighties film that probably defined the vampire genre in mainstream Hollywood--just a bunch of "Lost Boys" who lend fangs some major Hollywood fame.

It is one hell of a sassy, sexy and comedy vampire flicks ever, credits for the make up too-- not overly done, simple plot, cool and amazing cast. The Lost Boys started the trend of vampires teeming the modern world. It is also one of the few coming of age vampire flicks that are worth watching for. This movie is definitely a cult classic that just like wine, gets even better in time.
THE LOST BOYS certainly does not SUCK. It can't get any better too.
RIP COREY HAIM
