Oh Happy Day!

Oh Happy Day.

Yep, the truth of it all is that my day started shitty.

I did not feel like waking up, let alone letting go of my good ol’ pillow, but I gotta face the day and WORK.

I thought the day will be far from comfort and glee, as I have a million worries swirling in my head. So I was fixed into thinking: “hell, i gotta deal with Tuesday, no other options.”

So i head on to work, a little early in fact. :) And just looked as if i just rolled out of bed (my usual look) and waited for the rest of my office mates to arrive.

Hmmm, first thing I did, round a quarter before 7AM was to check who won yesterday’s game Brazil VS Chile for the 2010 South Africa World Cup.

drumroll please…….. I FUCKIN SQUEALED! BRAZIL WON! QUARTER FINALS BABY! WAAAAAAH!

So there, one reason to rejoice, I can hear the Hallelujah chorus :)

I thought, well, at least, i can go through the day knowing BRAZIL made it to Quarter Finals. (changed my wallpaper to another Kaka pic) Hehe

Minutes later, (as a prayer kept rewinding in my head hoping we get our salary today—since I have loads of bills to pay) I saw our supervisor Sir Onyok, all the way from Naga, carrying an envelope of (as i see it) Pay checks! Hahahaha!

WOHOOOO!

Another worry down!

Then, about an hour into work, Mam Lis broke the news to me, :) I am gonna get my additonal allowances starting this month of July.

Millions of Hurrahs! God, the day can’t get any better than this. :)

To top it off, my work is going on smoothly, oh well, so far. Hahaha!

At lunch break, I saw the fresh premiere of the trailer of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, I got goosebumps seeing it. Will seriously miss the Hogwarts people, muggles, Death Eaters, mythical creatures and everybody in the Wizarding World. :( huhu

So so far that’s it. :) I’ll update more in a while IF my day continues to be in a super eventful mode. :)
